Sapan Kumar Bardhan is an esteemed Civil Engineer with advanced qualifications in Total Quality  Management from IRD Inc, USA and AOTS, Japan. His distinguished career includes pivotal roles at SAIL's Bhilai Steel Plant and in a Large-scale Steel Industry, where he led transformative TQM and HR initiatives.

Transitioning to entrepreneurship, Sapan founded a successful training and consulting organization. He has assessed hundreds of organizations for QMS certification, guided countless companies towards continual improvement and conducted numerous training workshops, both in-house and open-house.

Renowned as an improvement coach and change agent, Sapan is celebrated for his expertise in establishing effective management systems and inspiring individuals to embrace continuous improvement.
